Default Tennessee Laws On Reptiles and Amphibians

I have been recently looking into getting some dart frogs, and decided to check the state laws to see if I needed any kind of permit to own one and saw that they don't allow poisonous reptiles or amphibians as they are Class I and considered dangerous. My question is iff dart frogs are less toxic in captivity does this still apply?

Captive bred dart frogs are not poisonous and are not dangerous. You should be able to keep them with no problem. I know we've had other members here from Tennessee with them.
