He/she is probably a secret eater. Considering that when you try to feed him/her the little one buries to hide. He/she might feel stressed or pressured too much. If you have a shallow dish and I mean shallow to where its almost a plate. Make sure its small too so its not stressing for your frog because of something new in his/her home. Place the worm in the dish and leave it over night. Leave a couple small crickets in too. He/sh might just be tempted. Also make sure if you have a light on when you're trying to feed that its a night time bulb like a moon light bulb or infra red. Bright lights at night when they are active can stress them out. Makes them feel visible and unhidden. Less secure.
