Is it ok to mix green tree frogs and grey tree frogs in the same viv. i have a wc grey but would like to add a couple of green trees also

General rule is against mixing any species.

There you go the answer is a no-no. The WC could spread parasites ,and disease's. The other frogs could die on you.
