Pacman's tongue hanging out???

So I've noticed over the past 24 hours or so that my pacman's tongue is hanging out of his mouth. It almost looks like he has a big piece of food in his mouth but it's his tongue. He's acting totally normal otherwise but I'm still concerned as I have no idea what's going on with him.

What was his last meal? What substrate is he kept on and is it possible he ingested some? Are you de-chlorinating his water? It's even possible he bit his own tongue and it's just swollen & sore.

Ok so after doing some research, I'm realizing that it could be a prolapsed stomach.... Now I'm really worried!!! Here's a pic.

his last meal was a calcium dusted superworm. He loves those and normally has no problem eating them. However, last night when I first noticed the tongue thing, I tried to feed him a superworm and he kept lunging at it and missing. After several misses he gave up. His substrate is eco-earth coconut fiber.

Time for a Vet!
At the very least, find a vet that may give you advice on how to help the frog re-position the stomach if that's the case.

THIS IS DEFINITELY A TIME TO GO TO THE VET. IT LOOKS LIKE HE'S BITING ON THE TONG AND ITS SWOLLEN IT COULD BE A NUMBER OF THINGS. LACK OF VITAMINS. SUPERWORMS ARE A HIGH RISK FOOD. WHO EVER IS FEEDING THEM TO PACMAN THEY ARE PLAYING RUSSIAN ROULETTE. i WISH YOU THE BEST.

Alright so I've managed to push it back in. It's no longer hanging out of his mouth but he's super stressed out now. Hopefully he'll be ok now. I'm gonna keep a close eye on him. Is there anything in particular I should look out for?

Alright thats good,just let him relax.just watch him closely. When was the last time you changed his substrate?

I changed his substrate several weeks ago.
