Madagascar hissing roaches worth the investment?

local people are selling a tiny colony of 50 for $30.

I know the full grown adults exoskeleton is way to tough for frogs to consume, but i would imagine you could feed off the juviniles, and sell the older/larger adults to people as pets?


Just thought it was a good price. I'm having fun with my dubia and lobster colonies, so I figured a colony of roaches that small in number, but big in size could be fun too!

It sounds like they would be more for fun than real use. I don't see the harm, particularly if you like cockroaches.

right. I don't think they would be fed off much due to worrying for my animal's....

I think imma pass on this one. Maybe I'll get some in the future.

My Bearded dragon laid 21 eggs this afternoon, so I'll have my hands full pretty soon, even more so then now. haha
