I keep my toads in small groups and I have noticed that they are almost always found together, usually sitting next to or on top of each other. It is very tempting to conclude that they are social! Perhaps they simply gravitate to the same preferred spots in the tank. Like Wormwood, I have also noticed that the feeding activity of one toad will stimulate the others to feed. Certainly, toads do very well in groups of similar-sized individuals.

I sometimes find mine snuggled up together in the corner. It's hard to say if they like each other or just that particular spot.
