My pacman frog hasn't ate since I bought it

He could be just getting used to his environment. Try offering a proper sized bit of earthworm. All of ours love them.

Oh ok, should I try to feed him now or during the night ? and all I have to do is chop a small piece and put in front the pac ?

We feed at night because it is natural for them since they are nocturnal.
I cut an appropriate piece of worm and dangle it in front of the frog........make it jiggle if you need to........ours are tong fed often and know when they see the tongs that food is coming.....they pounce quick!

We use worms from Academy or Petsmart or Petco.

We used to use the ones from Walmart and found that some chemical in their soil was killing our frogs!!
We use the ones from Academy for cost efficiency as long as they are NOT the ones loaded with dyes!!
Had a friend who did soil analysis on the Nightcrawler soils for us and got it all straight.
We lost over 20 frogs to Walmart crawlers!

It isn't too expensive when you have only a few frogs to feed. The crawlers will store nicely for a sufficient length of time in the fridge!
