I'm planning on housing 3 tree frogs in a 45 hex gallon (thought it was 35, but turns out to be 45) tank. It's going to be a live tank with several plants, a small pond in front, and I've also purchased spring tails for it as well. I was just wondering what type of cleaning will I be looking at? And how often?
I change the water daily or everyother day. water plants as needed. pooper scoop as needed and mist and wipe the glass. other then that , my planted tanks take care of themselves for years. every year or so i scoop out alot of substrate and pour new on top.
