    Default Stressed whites tree frog.....

So Priscilla is my first frog, and I have had her 3 or 4 weeks now, she is about 3 years old I think. I had to change her bedding, she kept getting moss in her mouth and I was worried about impacting. Then, i saw that her manzanita was molding on the ends, so I got her a new piece of grapevine. When I went to change everything she was awake, so I put her in the little plastic holder she came in for twenty minutes to change everything around and re moisten it. Once I put her back in she was a little upset so I went to get her crickets, I think she ate a few. But she was so upset she was running away anytime I went near her cage, she hid under her water and all over. She did sit for a bit on her log before going to rest in her canopy.
I feel like she is normally awake right now watching any remaining cricket. Instead she is sitting in her perch, and I feel like she is breathing hard. What can I do to calm her down??? Or should I just wait? Am I being
    ridiculous???

It would seem I'm paranoid. Priscilla is just fine this morning. Sleeping in a new spot in her enclosure and was definitely up and playing last night, they trashed water bowl is sure sign of that. So my question answered it's self.

Good to hear. Changes do stress them out but if they are accustomed to you and your routine maintenance then they usually get over things quickly.
