They look like toadlets (I can't guarantee it, though), because their front legs are very bulky and they still have quite dark coloration. They also appear to have small "warts" developing. Either way, toadlets and froglets alike need the same care and conditions. Young are prone to drying out. Keep an easily accessible water source and fairly high humidity.
