Pacman frog vet visit

Well my pacman frog is moving and flips on his back. I quess I got to visit the vet does anyone know how much this will cost? Can I treat him instead or what I'm really worried I had him for 5 months

What have you been feeding him, his living conditions, temps/humidity, how often do you feed him, do you give him vitamins or supplements?

His temp is 80 and yes I dust his crickets I don't know what the hell to do I hate to see him die which I hope not can he be better? Forgot his humity is 45 but its night

His humidity needs to be no less than 60. 70 and 80% is the most ideal. They need high humidity.
