Bshmerlie is right. Get in contact with Dr. Frye immediately. He'll send you a bottle of prediluted Baytril with enough in it for weeks of treatments for numerous frogs.
This happened to a couple of mine too... only I didn't get it in time.My frog died after 2 weeks, and honestly, I'm still amazed it made it that long.
