IF these are the "neon" green spots it is a bacterial infection and will not go away on its own. Your frog must be treated immediately or it will not survive. I think the common medication is Baytril to treat this infection. If I were you I would send a photo of the frog to Dr.Frye.dvm@sbcglobal.net and explain the condition to him. He can also be reached at (734)439-2273. He can send you medication to treat the frog. THis is usually a sign that the humidity is too high or that there is not enought ventilation. I would lower the humidity level to 50% right away and make sure the screen on top is at least half uncovered. You don't have much time..as soon as the frog starts to show the neon green spots they usually die within a week or two at most. Act quickly.
