My WTF had/has this infection. His spots looked exactly as your frog's do. It has been a long hard battle. I contacted Dr. Frye to ask questions regarding proper doseage of Baytril but he never answered. I guess because I wasn't asking to buy anything. I have finally had success using a combo of Baytril and Metronidozole. I have kept my frog alive by very aggressive supportive care. Pedialyte soaks and syringe feeding with Repta boost. Yesterday I awoke to an emerald green frog. He has been dirt brown (save the green spots) for months. He caught and ate his first live cricket in months also. So, my advice.... get a hospital tank set up pronto. One you can clean and sanitize easily. Get him on the proper meds ASAP. If he is not eating, supportive care. Pedialyte soaks. Syringe feeding is super stressful for your frog, and I wouldn't do it unless you HAVE to. Good luck.
