Default Light Green Spots on Red Eyed Tree Frog

We just bought this little guy about 5 days ago, and this morning I woke up and he had these green spots all over him. He didn't have them yesterday. The temp in the tank in on average 25 to 27 degrees and I keep the humidity up with a spray bottle, misting 3 times a day. Right now we are using fake plants, using moss and soil on the floor, he has a waterfall and a water(bottled spring water) dish that I change everyday. I will be switching to tap water that has been conditioned very soon. I have a 75w night glo bulb that is used to heat the tank as well as a heat pad underneath. He doesn't have much daylight as I live in a basement apartment. I have been following all the guidelines to a T. Just wondering if there is anything I can do. I have read some previous posts on here and am a little worried about him. As one girls frog died after she found spots similar to this... I have posted a picture that I took this morning.
