Default Chubby frogs- How deep should the substrate be?

I'm hopefully getting a chubby frog pretty soon and I'm going to use coconut husk fiber for the substrate. I was wondering what the recommended depth is for the substrate? These frogs love to hide and burrow, so I was thinking 3-5 inches deep?

Nice ,but if you want more color ,the tomato frog is cool. They are very similar for a set up. Yea three inch is good.

Chubby frogs are very cool! Keep your substrate soft, no gravel, sand or bark - these substrates may damage their skin. Bed-a-beast or eco-soil is good stuff. Choose your frog carefully as some are stressed out during shipping and pet store neglect. They are hardy and interesting, despite the fact they are not too colorful. I also understand that they secrete a sticky goo, so wash your hands after handling.

3-5 inches is really good. Make sure you keep the substrate moist. I have noticed that if you keep their substrate dry that they burrow deeper. So, make sure you keep the substrate moist or you may never see your frog.

I keep two chubbies, and they need a minimum of 6" of coco-fibre substrate for them to burrow comfortably.
