The last 2 full moons now, I noticed my male gray tree frog and my male spring peeper both were very active callers. Is this a coincidence? Last month I thought it was because of a storm that moved through, this month the weather was completely different though. Normally they chirp a few times a day/night. During the full moon they are chirping nonstop. Has anyone else made this observation? Any idea WHY that would happen?

Thats pretty cool. Full moon affects everything on earth. Tides, moods, wolfs squid, fish, and so on to frogs.
When I worked in a dog grooming shop, I most definitely noticed a change in the dogs' behaviors when there was a full moon. Even working at the office, I swear even people are crazier during a full moon! I wasnt sure if anyone else had noticed it in their frogs too though.
