Hi,
I'm so glad I found this website. I am thinking of getting a Monkey Treefrogand would like to hear from those of you that own one or have had experience with these little treefrogs. Are they easy to keep and are they a fun frog to own as a pet? I like that they need a dry enviornment and I don't need to spray the cage to keep the humidity high. I saw some at a reptile expo in California years ago. They were displayed on a plant sitting out in the open on a counter. They just sat there looking so adorable. When I held them, they just walked up on my hand and sat on my shoulder. I'd want a captive bred since they adapt better to cage life. I'm looking forward to your replies. Thanks for reading my post.

Contact Miacheal Novy at his website at Rainforest Junky's - Home. He can tell you a lot about waxy monkey tree frogs and I think that might have been him with the frog on the leaf, but I might be wrong about that.
Kind of easy but need humidity to survive,
Moist tank
Feed every 3 days, diet: crickets, meal worms, & good cal frosted bugs
Tank size 20-170 is ok
Good luck to you ;-)
