Welll the last few weeks to a month my male white lipped tree frog (Comet) has been croaking/calling constantly.. almost to the point of waking us up at night time...Our female (Scuffs) has been devouring food like a wild banshee.. I have been trying to find the spare time to build a rain shamber but have not finished it yet... For the last 5 days Comet has stopped calling and is silent once again... In this case silence is NOT bliss... I wont have the rain chamber done for at least another week.(things get hectic with a precious 4 month old daughter LOL)
In your opinion what should be my next step to get them to breed..should i try my chances and stick them in the rain chamber or should i go through the lowering temp and food and day light hours for the couple months and then introduce them to the rain season????
Try the chamber and see how it goes...if you dont get any results after a week or so, you may need to re-condition
