Every cent I spend on the little guys will be worth it, and the care sheet was helpful. Thanks again! I can't wait until I can get them. I'm just a little nervous cause I've mostly just cared for dogs at cats until now. I even used to volunteer at the local animals shelter, but I'm always up for a new challenge. ^.^

While I would definetely recommend doing research like you first, I can tell you we havent harmed our Whites tree frogs and we just recently made it up to number 3. I didnt think to do research when I bought my first for my 5 year old figuring the petstore wouldnt lie to me, yeah glad I found this forum because they did. But all 3 of our little guys are doing really well. So if you get all the info and then start setting it up you will do great. But I am glad you did your research first.

Well when I went to the petstore I saw the pacman's and fell in love, but went I started reading up on them I saw in a couple places that they aren't recomended for noobies like me, so I looked to see what else there was. Then I saw the dumpys <3 I think I have almost all of the information I need. I just need to begin setting up the terrarium then find a decent place to get me a dumpy.

I was very nervous about getting a frog at first too. The care seemed so intimidating. Don't worry though, soon you will be a pro. In the meantime, we're happy to answer any questions that you have That's how we all learn. It's only been 4 months since I got my first tree frog, I now have a whole pile of frogs and a great routine developed.

It's a ongoing learning process. They are great pets to study. You pick up info on here, and on your own by watching them grow. At the end it all comes together. Right now I have one that eats the most out of the rest. He is going to the end of the food line.lol
