I believe these are a tree frog, but I have pretty much no info about them. The info I have...the tank at the store said they were gliding frogs, they were listed for $80, and they were a blue/aqua sort of color.
I fell in love with this frog, absolutely beautiful. They have a glass frog in stock now and I'm actually quite torn between the two. They are willing to special order either of them for me though when I have a vivarium ready (need to build the peepers a new viv first!)
After doing some research on the web, my guess is a Blue Vietnamese Flying Frog or a Chinese Gliding frog (same frog??)
Does anyone have experience with these? Can anyone point me in the direction of any care sheets?
I stole this photo off the internet... this is what it looked like ...

Pretty sure the Chinese and the Vietnamese is the same frog r.dennysi. cool frogs and yes they are gliding treefrogs. Similar care to most tropical frogs. Large enclosure, high humidity etc. Fairly easy to breed in captivity. I think $80 is pretty steep tho. Check out kingsnake. They show up on there pretty regularly.

Thanks, the scientific name is what I was lacking! A lot more information once you have that. I don't mind spending $80 when I don't have to have it shipped. I am still torn between that or the glass frog though, they are both beautiful frogs.

If the glass frogs your talking about are the Hyla Punctata many people have found them very difficult to keep. The mortality rate seems to be very high. Do your research and set up the habitat before hand.
