Thanks for your help all, I just returned from the vet. For $85 she squeezed the lump, drained some clear fluid and he is all good now. There was a tiny little hole underneath that swelled up from either a spare cricket that bit him or a notch on a plant or something. Should be just fine now.

Kudos on following up with the vet visit. A very small percentage of frog owners actually go so far as to do that. Did you get any ointment of anything for the wound?
