HELP! Fruit flies swarming my froglets

I ended up removing the frogs and dumping the fruit flies and a piece of banana into a cup with lid (from Josh's Frogs). I know that one of them ate several (about 5) and was pretty happy, but the other two did seem kind of stressed, so I think I will just wait again until tomorrow. Will gray tree frogs eat in the morning? or will they only eat at night?

All due respect to the little frog lovers thats why i haven't got into dart,or mantellas yet cause of the fruit flies. How do you keep them in the viv with out escaping?

mine are in a small viv with nothing much going on so that I can closely observe them eating to make sure they are getting their fair share. I saw suggestions about putting a fine screen netting over the top of the tank...not sure what your set up would be...but a cover to keep the little buggars from getting out. I have gray tree froglets and did not know how to take care of them until they were brought home by the hubby 1 month ago today...so this has definitely been a wild ride. it's getting me prepared for when my son asks for his first snake as a pet!
