New to Fire Belly Toads

My name is Maranda and I am a new toad grandparent. My 12 year old son recently purchased 2 fire belly toads. He takes care of their day to day needs, but I am the one who keeps him stocked in crickets and helps keep the 10 gallon aquarium clean. We are currently struggling with some health issues with one of the toads, I have her in a separate tank so she can eat in peace. So far they have been an interesting experience.

Welcome to the forum Maranda. I hope you are able to help the toad. Keep in mind that these fire-bellied toads are all wild caught (then ones in pet stores), so they may come in with parasite and disease problems. Good luck.
