Ok they have legs !!! the first tads are out of the water so Ive separated them in large deli cups until tomorrow then they will have their own 10 gallon.....these are about an 1-2 inches long (tail included) . I know they dont eat until they have absorbed their tail ....anyone got a time line and is there anything else I should be doing ...Man can these guys hop !
I think the tail goes in about 5 or 6 days if memory serves. They may take 2-3 days after that before they start eating.

should I offer fruit flies or pinhead crickets? And TY John all the help I can get is awesome!!!
Flightless fruit flies would most likely be a better idea, as they are much softer than pinheads.
True pin heads aren't much bigger than fruit flies anyway so go for both. This is very cool....any pictures?
pics coming soon ....
Im offering my freshly morphed white's melo's and bean beetles. If I had them, I would offer hydei in lieu of the beetles. Supplementation is vital at every feeding at this point as well.
Did you breed these yourself?

Wish me luck since I have 30 of them hoping to morph to froglets. Pictures as soon as I can find time to make some . Thanks again for all the help![]()
