Hi Katie. Sometimes when frogs eat they pull in their eyes as it helps them swallow. It also could have been your Frog shedding it's skin. When I first saw my frog do this I thought it was choking. Frogs really are quite fascinating and they never cease to amaze me and Ive had Frogs for over 5 years.
