Thats a "Mother-in-law's Tongue" (Sansevieria trifasciata laurentii) - Im not sure about its toxicity but it does tend to prefer sandy well drained soil and prefers its soil to dry out between waterings so not sure how well it would do in a phib viv with all the moisture. What species were you planning to keep in the viv with it?

Just wanted to add that they can handle high humidity and moisture rather well, as long as the soil itself are not overly wet.
