This is my new set up for my Fire-Bellied Toads. http://www.reptilechannel.com/reptil...0284401EA.aspx
Very nice - I like what you did with the filter. My only comment is that it seems sparsely decorated - perhaps you could add some more hides for the toads on land?

I'm still working on that... any suggestions on how to add more coverage?
A creeper maybe? A fake log?

What's a creeper? I like the idea of a fake log. I'll see if I can find one.
Have you seem Sludgemonkeys fake logs? They are splendid. how about one of those?
or maybe coconut shells (2 halves) with a little entrance on the side?
A creeper is a plant - it spreads out over the ground or on an object. You can get fake ones at pet shops.

Live versions of creepers that do well in vivaria are hedera sp. Ivy and Pothos sp. I use Hedera ivies, as I am the only human being on earth that can kill Pothos.
Watching FrogTV because it is better when someone else has to maintain the enclosure!
I think I'm going to do fake logs and creepers. Now to find them... I'll post pictures when I do.
Thanks for the help everybody.
I am pretty sure you'll see creepers (probably fake ones) for sale this Sunday if you attend that show.

Great.
If not, there's a Petsmart not too far away.
We have a Flower Factory here in Ohio with a HUGE selection of fake plants. Every time I go in there I want to build another setup...lol
Nice looking Toads.
I've had mine for about 2 months and they never hide.
Very nice tank, you should chuck some water plants in there for them to hop on!
Ahh makes me miss my old FBTs and re-arranging their tank every week with cool new set ups![]()
