It never happened to my pacs. what substrate ,and diet do you have him on.

thank you everyone, since we didnt get a response fast enough i was afraid he would die, so we pushed it in a little a bit and he then proceded to swallow it..he's been ok since sunday so hopefully he'll continue to be ok..i did however take the moss out just in case. he's back to eating.

I would try and watch him to see if he eats. Have to make sure the frog is ok. A vet trip may be necissary to make sure the frog has actually recovered. If he eats hell probably be fine.
