Basically you need to unpot the plant, rinse off all the foliage and remove the fertilized dirt from the plants roots. Then rinse the roots and plant in your substrate. Some people just rinse the plant in its original soil and bury that soil into your substrate and ensure that soil is below your top layer of substrate.

You should ID the plant to ensure i is suitable for your frogs since some plants are not. Umbrella plants are a good example as are arrow plants. Both are toxic and can create issues with some frogs.
You can post a pic and someone can ID it for you.
1.0.0 Red Eyed Leaf/ Frog - Agalychnis callidryas
1.1.1 Bumblebee Dart Frog - Dendrobates leucomelas
1.1.0 Dendrobates truncatus - Yellow Striped
1.1.1 Dendrobates tinctorius – Bakhuis Mountain
    1.1.0 - Dendrobates tinctorius - Powder Blue
    1.1.0 - Ranitomeya vanzolinii

I'm pretty sure that's a picture of his own plant, that he talked about in his original post, which is a snake plant (Sansevieria trifasciata). They are not umbrella plants, (which DonLisk talked about).

Nick: Like I said, it's a snake plant and they are often recommended for frogs. They are not dangerous and they are very good at cleaning the air around them. Just be sure not to water them to much.

Thats a "Mother-in-law's Tongue" (Sansevieria trifasciata laurentii) - Im not sure about its toxicity but it does tend to prefer sandy well drained soil and prefers its soil to dry out between waterings so not sure how well it would do in a phib viv with all the moisture. What species were you planning to keep in the viv with it?
    0.0.2 Ceratophrys cranwelli
    0.0.3 Dendrobates azureus
    0.0.4 Dendrobates tinctorius "Alanis" (tads)
    3.3.0 Epipedobates anthonyi (+tads!)
    0.0.1 Lepidobatrachus laevis
    0.0.4 Pyllobates terribilis
    0.0.3 Ranitomeya imitator "Chazuta"
    0.0.3 Ranitomeya vanzolini
    0.0.6 Xenopus laevis

Just wanted to add that they can handle high humidity and moisture rather well, as long as the soil itself are not overly wet.

If you read both our answers, you will see that the scientific name is the same. Berksmike just typed the UK (and Swedish) common name, and I typed one of the US common names. Always pay attention to the Latin, that's what's important.

These plants are, like I said, often recommended for frogs, especially tree frogs. They are extremely sturdy so they will not be trampled by your frogs, even if they're White's.

Great! Bc I think I have one. Was worried there for a moment. Thought I'd have to leave it out. Any chance you can see the plants here well enough to tell if their okay for my RETF's? Perhaps I should make my own post to ask . Yep, I'll do that.
