So I recently noticed my smaller white lip has gotten a bump on his mouth. It doesn't look like he ran into anything but I'm not entirely sure.
Here is my second white lip who doesn't appear to have any bumps like my smaller frog.
They both are eating like monsters I'm just curious as to what may have caused this bump? Possible parasite or what?
Is it an open sore? Hard to tell from the pic...
Could it be a bite from a feeder?

I'd certainly suggest separating them. The bump could be bacterial in nature, but until you know for sure, it's best to keep the frog in a simple, easily cleaned enclosure.

Not necessarily. Each frogs' immune system is different, so what causes an issue in one animal may not in another. If it is bacterial, it may have been contracted in their current enclosure, and not while they were with the person you got them from.
Some specs of their enclosure would help also.

30 Gallon tall. Custom built it specifically for these frogs. Great stuff background covered in peat moss. Few bromeliads, creeping fig, and zebra plant. Branches for them to climb on. Also have a nice sized shallow water dish and frog moss on the bottom. I have an aquarium bulb for the plants, heat mat on the side, and a 40w red bulb to keep the temps around the 80 range.
