Looks like burns

A bug of some sort. Spider, praying mantis etc

You'll want to remove the moldy substrate

Once a month? At 6 months old? You can feed nice more than once a month. Especially if you are worried about body weight.
At that age and size, and worried about weight, keep temps around 80-82...
High calorie foods like fuzzy mice and pacman frog food.

Yeah that's a luring behavior. He wants to eat another froggy

That size will be fine for life. Just keep the floorplan simple. You want to go larger if you are including fake or potted plants, drift wood decor, cork bark. Hides etc.
But in a ventilated tube...
Mine all blink like that too

My pacman frogs all have done a post eating mouth open and close... I just wouldn't say it's jittery.
I also use pacattack.
It doesn't really sound like a problem.

Not trying to apply guilt but point out a plain fact.

Over supplementation or under supplementation/malnutrition can cause neurological problem's resulting in ticks like that.

I'm going to be frank here. I know you care about your animal but you should really have been letting him rest and recover. Being handled for a healthy frog is stress.

Eyes opened?

Are you going to keep him on moistened paper towel? Or wetted furniture foam?

Yeah just don't let direct sunlight hit the kritter keeper and don't leave him in the car....
All that stuff you said is pretty much over kill. Two days in average temps is no big deal. At all.
...
If you need to bring your frog with just run the air conditioner or the heater so that it keeps the car interior around 74 degrees. Make sure the air isn't blowing directly on the frog
Put him in...
Lol... 3 weeks eh

Sounds like the amputation is probably the best option. Best of luck!

I'm aware that my own personal care perameters for temps may not be conventional, but most trusted sources say night time dips into the low 70s is fine.

Where are you reading that Cranwelli need 76 degrees at night?

Hopefully it's an easy fix at the vet!

You can satisfy his light cycle by just opening the curtains in the morning. I'm not saying you let his terrarium get in any sort of direct sunlight but the ambient day time light of the average...
Could be red leg but if he isn't lethargic maybe not. Or its early red leg.
Another possibility is a thick layer of stuck shed skin on his leg.
And another possibility is a broken leg or some...
I have a frog that responds really well to me dropping the pacman food or. Pac attack pellets and the ROLLING THEM AROUND! Instant feeding response every time.
