    What kind of frog?

    This guy is just hanging out on my back door. I have no intentions to catch it or mess with it in any way. Just curious what kind it is. I am guessing Copes but not really sure.

    Oh the asian floating frog AKA puddle frog .. they were ID'd wrong they were not Northern frogs at all ... thats why I didn't understand.

    A friend fell in love with them and adopted them from me....

    You take my statement the wrong way. I don't mind caring for pets in fact I love it, but I want to ensure its the right animal for me, I hate to have to rehome any animal and committing to something...

    I just looked up that scientific name ... Dad had two but being male they of course didn't live long.

    Hedgies need a bit more space than a 20 long. They are cool though.
