Looks like rubs to me. Healing ones at that. Nice frog none the less.
Part of the fun, waiting to see what ya got there! :)
Simply paint the back and sides black or a dark color. I do that with all my set ups with or without a background. The size of that tank is fine for a pair. It appears to have a glass top? If so your...

Alternate the dusting. So that you go like calcium this feeding, vitamins next feeding then no dusting the next feeding.
Nice!
My toads utilize leaf litter. Just like any other frog or toad. They need to dry out more then others do and this helps with that aspect as well. They have the option of climbing up on top of the...
Not a bullfrog number one.
Very bloated as already pointed out, could be from a few different reasons. Eyes are likely closed due to the pressure on the skin surrounding the eyes.
Welcome to the forum!
Those are likely either tree frogs or more likely toad tads. Bullfrogs seldom lay anywhere other then a permanent water source like a pond.
Some will disagree with that size, however I do not. I kept an adult male nearly the size of my hand in a ten gallon with pothos ivy and a branch for quite some time. It will all depend on how you...
Mine do it as well
Hope all is well with your frog soon!
You can mix spring and distilled so that you still get some mineral content just not a high concentration. We do this all the time with fish, mix dechlor tap...
Did some updates on this ones viv. Once released back in and having ate some flies it decided a photoshoot was fine today :)

I have threads started with pictures :)
Thanks! Great little toads.
Thanks! :)
Ok, on my pc now..... correct the second is not a grey. It appears to be a juvie Fowlers Toad. Second appears to be an Eastern Spadefoot.
First image is out of focus, second is grey tree frog. First thought on first image is wood frog....? Where are you located?
I agree. I have two juvies growing out now.
I just went to a local creek here and there fresh morphed froglets all over the place lol
Look at night, and look around bodies of water. I do not mean right up on the bank, just make sure there is a water source. This is the season. I have tons around my place.
