Toad injured her arm.

One of my toads hurt her arm two nights ago. She seemed fine that night, but the next morning she was holding her arm up. That night she did make a "anxiety" lap around the tank when one of the others walked over her, during feeding. Ever since she escaped earlier this year, and was found sitting next to the chihuahua, she seems to have a bit of anxiety. She'll hop around the tank as fast a she can, jumping on things. Is there any thing I can do to help her? I don't think it is broke, since she can still use it, but she still sits around holding it up at times.
