Care articles and frog tv unavailable?

when i click on an individual care article or the care article area it sends me to a page just saying 404 error page not found. the same thing happens with frog tv. Is this a me problem or is it more than just me. If it is please comment and make sure this article gets seen by an admin.

    if you didn't find out yet you click articles and look at the stuff under it and there will be one that says frog tv and one says care articles
