just thought that it will be cool if I put down some of my 20L building log here
for the background i get lazy and want to try out the marina tree bark background.(the stone one is just pale white...didnt even thinks about trying it) it's a 40cm x 60cm(15.75"x23.75") balck styrofoam super cheap on Amazon.

since it's doesnt really fit the 20L in anyway. i have to cut it in half. you can actually see the gap in the middle(i actually have light in the back of the tank to show it in the pic),but it looks just fine after the foreground is done. I was thinking about putting something right in the middle but couldn't find the right drift wood or anything.

got some moss from mossacres.com. the terrarium samplar was perfect 4 types moss that can easily fill out the tank. still trying to figure out the best way to grow them thou, right now the are just sitting there in the shaddy area.

got some eggrack and cable tie from home depot for the false ground, for support i cut extra pieces and tight them to the bottom as pic (there are 4 more piece in the middle for support after the pic is taken, and it's strong enough to hold 20lb river rocks on top without banding).
the missing corner was originally for water filter, which suppose create a river running across the tank(even tie extra screen there to help filtering). but gave up on that since i couldnt find any good martial for the river bottom.(now i look back, the extra piece of styrofoam was perfect for that..too late! lol)

an origional idea of how it's gonna look like, with a river runs from far right side corner to the left side pool....some how my air plants on top there are kind dieing now for no reason...

the extra moss are just testing in the right corner for how much lights each type need.

the filter that was suppose for the river is gonna be the water fall behind the drift wood

just seeded some springtails i got this morning hopefully they can take care of the mold problem
now everything is set....I WANT SOME FROGS!!!!
thinking about some darts, bumble bees maybe

the reason i cant get any right now is because I might have to leave the country for 2~3 week in January...
I can leave Diggy to my friend in his critter cage with my nightcrawler culture(which I am starting it next week), but darts....I dont think I can trust any of my friend to take care of it, so might as will just leave the tank empty for now....
