Great advice, friendly people, and lots of frogs!
I do not currently own a frog, but I was curious about how you tell the difference between a male frog and a female frog?
Hi Aleia! Mainly when the male calls or by the presence of "nuptial pads" on the males. Those are small rough skin areas in the inner area of it's front leg's first toe that are used to help grasp the females during amplexus. By the way; you are in the blog area and not many members visit it. This is the forum area: http://www.frogforum.net/forum/; and you would post a question like this one in the General Discussion & News section .
Ok, thank you Mentat! Ok thanks for telling me that, I will definitely use the forum next time!
