Great advice, friendly people, and lots of frogs!
Yeah, hard work for sure. I'm at the gym about 4 times a week now. Burger king stew? Yum? O.o I found out I'm allergic to wheat and dairy. That nixes most carbs and cheese. So, hopefully, if I eat right and keep working out, I'll melt off those pounds faster. I think I want a couple of Fire bellies. They're mega cute.
Good luck, well actually, it's not luck is it? It's hard work. I had my jaws wired for TMJ jaw surgery and lost an immediate 20 pounds because all my meals had to be made into a soup. Yep, even Burger King can be pulsed down in a blender into a soup-like mixture and ingested through a straw placed between the teeth. I never regained the weight and that was 11 years ago. Having a reward such as a new frog sounds so promising. Fill your mind with thoughts of what species, how you will decorate vivarium, names and other delightful froggy things, and those thoughts can take the hunger away. And after the first 2 weeks, chances are your stomach will shrink until you will naturally not want more food. Maybe look for feminine fitting tee-shirt in your next size with your future frog species on the front. Think Happy Days ahead for both you and your future beloved pet-friend waiting for you right now, in tadpole form, waiting to morph right along with you.
