Hi there!

Do they appear to be white pockets in the corners of your frogs eyes?

This is best posted as a new thread in the "Tree Frogs" forum, that way more people will see it and be able to offer you advice. Also, post some pictures of the frog and it's affected eyes (people are bound to ask for them). I would separate the potentially sick frog from the healthy ones immediately (in a small comfortable quarantine container) and do some internet research into this problem while you wait for a response to your thread.
