Clump of eggs in my yard, maybe from a Green frog, Lithobates clamitans? They are common here. Picture represents about 24mm across, so eggs are about ~3mm.

    I'm leaning towards these being leopard frog eggs after doing more reading! This is based on the time of year and the size/shape of the clump.
