I too have been looking for more pyxies for awhile now.
Re: African Bull Frogs No one sells sexed pyxies. You'll see a rare one, usually female, because people wanted a male but got a female. Sweet Arrow get theirs from the big US Pyxie breeder.

Re: African Bull Frogs It's TheFrogRanch.com but they don't sell to private owners, just to dealers. You should contact Sweet Arrow and tell them you came from FrogForum - the owner knows me in person and is a really nice guy, so even if he doesn't have any right now he can tell you when he'll get some.
