Default Live plants for a 10 gallon FTB's tank

Ok so I'm running into a new problem. I order some feather moss for the land part. Also some penny wort for the water. Then I realize, I don't got much shelter for the new little FBT's that are going be living in here next year. So I been looking around on this forum and online for some plants. I notice that their are not a lot of plants that I want in the tank. What I'm looking for is something that looks like a tree kinda of. Something tall (7"), not one to out grow the tank and cover the land part of it. Still giving the FBT's room to walk around. Any idea's of a good plant that I could use? The FBT's wont be added till I get all the plants in place and rooted down for at least a month.

Could work, what do you got in mind. I still gotta make a little shelter for them as well. To give them a place to hide and wont take up much space.

OOOOO there are a ton of different ferns for you to choose from like the Oak Leaf Fern, Himalayan Maiden hair fern. Those are some of the ones I have seen while researching plants for my viv. I'm in no way a plant expert so hopefully someone more knowledgeable will come along with some specific ferns for you to check out.

For places for them to hide you could try those little coconut huts.

I got some creeeping fig, so I will grow that a long the back part of the tank. Hope fully it will make it look more full then what it does now.

For a hiding spot I'm going try to find a small Mac's Creatures & Critters Pet Refuge. I will add some moss on top to make it look more natural though.

Here a link so you can see what I'm talking about.

I am partial to the 'Lemon Button Fern' (Nephrolepis cordifolia 'Duffii') a sort of Boston Fern. It grows well in wet conditions, has small leaves, and stays compact.
