Mossie setup

Ok first of all I hope there is a lid on your aquarium. Also Theloderma corticale is from Vietnam and inhabits a micro climate that is low 60's-mid 70's. Any warmer can heat stress them. They inhabit cool, running streams up in the mountains. You must get rid of that gravel as well, these frogs are "open mouth eaters" and will ingest items such as gravel that can cause impaction, which leads to death. So there is NO need for a heater in the water, like I said they inhabit cool running water in flooded caves/mountains in Vietnam. You need much more water than you have. The entire bottom should be water with a small island here and there. These frogs are as much aquatic as they are arboreal. They can be fed on a variety of appropriately sized items: crickets, chunks of earthworm, silk worms, small roaches, horn worms, wax worms etc.
I would recommend next time researching fully to what you need for a frog (or any animal) before you go and purchase them.

Alright sounds good (I figure you did, but you never know) and good luck! Post pictures once you fix things up.

Yes, remove the gravel. I suggest you add many more plants.

Will be adding many more plants and posting pics but its still sorta empty considering I did all this at 1am and nowhere was open

I don't think you need to panic about the gravel and other recommendations - a day or two should be fine.

I am concerned about the second picture. An arboreal species should not be sleeping on the floor of its enclosure. You might want to get it checked out by a vet as soon as possible.

Well I've checked him out a couple of times before I bought him and he was never on the glass just the floor. But now that I've taken him home and set his cage up all water he just won't stop swimming but when he dose he sits on the glass not the island. I guess he just wasn't happy just think all he had was a 5.5 gallon with a wet paper towel and a tiny water bowl that he could barley fit in. That's why I took the gamble and took him home.

To the vet thing im located in maryland does anyone know of any good ones?

Well that is a very good sign that he is swimming. good to hear.

New mossie set up better?

Kurt, my mossy frog that I've had for quite some time hangs out on the floor alot, either in the back corner or along the waters edge. He sometimes climbs on the glass, but not ussually on the plants or the vines. He seems to be in perfect health.

That new setup looks great, but you might want to ad more of a slant going towards the land areas. Mossy frogs like to hang out right where the rocks meet the water, too camoflauge in with the moss. that setup looks like a bit too much water and not enough shoreline too me. expert opinion?

Whenever I see any arboreal species sleeping on the bottom of an enclosure, it sends up red flags to me. I have never kept this species, so maybe it's normal behavior, but if it were my frog I would at least have the vet check it out.

Actually that set up looks just fine. I've kept Mossies for a couple years now (I'm receiving some T. licin soon as well). Water depth is fine, I would just recommend putting in a small filter (keeps the water cleaner) and healthier for your frog. Looks good though!

Ya it's pretty normal of Theloderms, they are perfectly fine with just chilin along the waters edge. Only at night do you see them climbing around a lot. In the morning they either are right at the waters edge sleeping or on the class half way in the water.

There is a fluval underwater filter in there is in the back behind that rock thing on the left. I don't like to keep that stuff where people can see it unless there no way around it. But thanks for the help everyone.
