It's hard to judge if that's enough ventilation. I think for Gray Tree Frogs it probably is but I would put more holes in there if I were you.

My new tank for my grays… I have a 40 gall cube.. I put 3 inches of top soil… with 3 inches of peat moss with a large hostis planted in there… with lots of leaf levels. I also have a large piece of drift wood with different levels of twists and forks. A removable water source in the bottom of the tank. I put a Plexiglas top on it… with 20 holes that are ¼ inches big… is this enough ventilation for them? It keeps the humidity at 80 to 85%. The screen top it was hard to get the humidity up… also I never see the tree frogs in the water but I do see water on the hostis lives… like they got out of the pool and onto the leaf. The cool thing is the hostis leaves are verigated... yellow, white, light green and dark green... it is fun to watch the three of them on the leaves.. or stalks... they are normaly different colors because they are sitting on different shades of the plant. The grays are fun to watch at night when they are moving all over the tank at a good pace... during the day they will sit in almost the same spot all day long.

My thoughts are that is not enough ventilation. Humidity doesn't need to be that high as well. I keep dart frogs at 80%.
