A bleach and water solution can be used to clean bowls and other cage furniture. It must be thoroughly rinsed after use and can only be used on non-porus items. Wood and cork bark can be baked in the oven at about 150 °F for an hour or so.

I have always only used boiling water but was wondering what you all used to clean your terreriums.
