Bloated Red Eyed Tree Frog?

Do you have any photos that would help is to see?

Any advice would be appreciated as I'm very concerned for my baby ....

He does not look bloated to me. Mine look that way also when they sit on the bottom of the enclosure.
They press the tummies down to soak up water.
I would give him an additional-shallow- dish of treated or spring water to soak in.
He is eating - that's good ! Continue to feed him well.
Try to get the water dish in w / as little disturbance to him as possible .
Even a clean saucer would work(it should be very shallow)

Awe! He's adorable! I think he looks ok. Maybe just the way he's sitting. Stickers has a nice full body for a Red-Eyed Leaf Frog also. I'll see if I can find a picture.
She been like that for as long as I can recall. Just a good little eater. Just monitor him for now and continue his good care . Keep us posted.

Thanks for your reply, I just get really worried about him ha ha I always think there's something wrong when there isn't
He seems to be in good form so his behaviour hasn't changed.
Me and my boyfriend are making a new tank for him , with a rock face, driftwood, bromilliad, silk ficus, vines and some platforms for him to rest on Hope he likes it and I'll keep you posted with pics and stuff when it's all set up.

thanks for helping .. If he gets any ''worse'' I'll throw up some more pics, as I said he's still eating and his behaviour hasn't changed but I'll keep a close eye on him for the next few weeks

I did the same when I first got mine. Every now and then I still do.

That sounds like a great home for them . I think they'll love it. I can't wait to see pictures!

I'm not sure if it's male or female .. I would love to have a male and a female and I plan on getting some more in March

I haven't heard any croaking so far, I'm waiting on it haha

Thanks I hope he does, I'm really excited to get it set-up, he's only recently started to really explore the tank, he goes right up to the very top a lot more often than he used to

Stickers and Bubbles hid for about 2 days also when I put them into their bigger home. Now they're right at the front glass and peeking out. I put Twiggy in just recently and she has been hiding for 2 days now. Hopefully she will feel comfortable soon.

It seems they all adjust at varying rates .

Ye Yoshi seems to be getting more comfortable with me being around, tonight he didn't flinch when I was cleaning out his water dish , so that's good

Isn't it so nice when they get used to us? That's great! And relieving for us too.

It's a really nice feeling when they start to recognise you and they get used to their routine !!

He's getting really big now ! Can't wait till he/she's fully grown

Great pics! Very cute froggy. But, I think I have you all beat on the worry scale. I'm a vet and can't even treat my own animals- my boss has to! I panic if they aren't in their normal spots, don't start "playing" at normal time when the lights change, etc. I am horrible. My bird loses a feather I don't think he should and he gets examined. My snake skips a meal and he is on weight watch (never mind the season). One of the cats sneezes... you get the idea.

Yeah. I'm bad. So, I guess what I am saying is (and I tell this to my pet owners all the time), never feel bad for paying attention to small details and being concerned. Look for patterns, and I like to err on the side of caution (just don't be as extreme as me!). This forum is great with people with TONS of experience (I am constantly asking questions about mine) and they will help you figure out what is normal and what isn't. I am great with dealing with other people's pets, just not so much with my own!
