Hi and welcome to Frog Forum. Don't forget to set your country.
It is hard to determine what the problem is without a photo. The red legs may be a sign of a disease caused by the Aeromonas bateria, known as "red leg disease". Symptoms include: listlessness, lack of appetite, and a reddish appearance on the underside of thighs, lower legs and belly. The contributing factors are low temperature and unsanitary conditions (most likely from the treatment at Petsmart). Treatment consists of maintaining warm temperatures (85F), a sterile tank with paper substrate and a bowl of clean water. Administering tetracycline once daily for 5 days in a water solution should be effective. Since the frog is so small, the dosage will be tricky to determine (for adult frogs the dosage is 2.5mg per pound).
The bloating is also caused by unsanitary conditions. It is generally caused by a bacteria and treated in the same way as "red leg". Bloating is serious and can cause kidney disease and death. A trip to the vet is recommended. Good luck and hope all goes well for your frog.
