I assume you mean Litoria Caerulea. My latest batch hatched after only a day or two.

Green tree frogs! Eggs to tadpoles? My green free frogs recently mated (Tuesday night) and we now have a whole bunch of eggs in the water in their vivarium
We've bred them twice before, so do have some experience, although we cannot remember how long it takes for their eggs to hatch. If anyone knows it would be greatly appreciated

Re: Green tree frogs! Eggs to tadpoles? The eggs appear to be growing in size. Besides this, I wouldn't know of they are viable or not. I have read though, that if the water temperature is cooler, the eggs and then tadpoles grow at a slower rate.

Re: Green tree frogs! Eggs to tadpoles? These are green free frogs which are usually found in Queensland. I actually live in Victoria so it is somewhat cooler here lol.

Re: Green tree frogs! Eggs to tadpoles? Yes, it's Spring. See, we moved the frogs to a new vivarium, and we inadvertently made it much warmer than their old vivarium. So they thought it was Summer, and they bred
