Thats a Marine Toad (I believe). Bufo marinus (or is it Anaxyrus) is fairly common in the southern U.S. (unfortunately) and they are fairly easy to get/keep.

    Best,

I might. Iam still thinking about all of my options xD I could get a cane toad. or I could get a pacman frog or a pixie frog or a treefrog xD or I could go with a turtle like my previous one. He had intelligence and such.. Dx but yeah. Btw some punk in youtube just threatened to get me hacked and now my accounts are spazzing out .____. I was wondering i know this is a toad forum but.. I imagine so, but then again I am not sure. Contact YouTube and ask them what your recourse is.
